Premium Restoration has been deemed as an essential service by the Provincial and Federal Governments. We follow all health guidelines and have specialized training and equipment that we use on every job, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Covid-19 Preventative Measures
As we face this challenging time, Premium Restoration is continuing to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure we continue to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and customers. Our organization continues to watch and implement the shifting recommendations of public health organizations such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and government agencies.

Implementing our COVID-19 Response Centre Committee (CRC) - a cross-functional team of Premium Restoration’s executive leaders who review our response plans, and alert employees as critical information becomes available

Establishing COVID-19 Guidelines for our employees, clients, partners, and subcontractors to reference and follow as required

Screening all new projects to ensure that our staff and customers are not unknowingly exposed to COVID-19

Creating special cleaning protocols that have been deployed to our field staff to ensure they are safe and feel supported

Quarantining staff for 14 days when employees return home from areas outside Canada

Implementing social distancing practices

Continuing to rely on the knowledge of our senior leaders and field experts who are certified in Infection Control, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Trauma and Crime Scene clean up

Covid-19 Decontamination Services
Deep Cleaning
We engage in a hands-on wiping technique for deep cleaning. We use Health Canada/EPA approved disinfectants to decontaminate COVID-19. Our staff use recommended products paired with thorough methods each and every time.
Site Controls
Each property varies, so lets do it right. Our staff are highly experienced in knowing what to ask, and are able to implement proper containment techniques depending on what your property requires.
Our Credentials
We hold certifications in: CSA Infection Control (during construction, renovation, and maintenance of health care facilities), IICRC AMRT - Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, TCST - Trauma and Crime Scene Technician, and RIA Forensic Restoration Training.
